
Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a self-driven individual who is organized and enthusiastic to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. You will be working closely with our producers and project leads to create and drive project initiatives.
Responsibilities
Champions scheduling and roadmap best practices across the production team and maintain project schedules and roadmaps; generate status reports to provide visibility
Works with Feature and Department Producers, to ensure their planning is clear, visible and communicated to the leadership team and available to the team at large.
Identify project risks and bottlenecks; propose tentative solutions and work closely with Producers and department Leads
Map out and maintain critical paths for features and content; help identify staggered deadlines for departments to ensure time required to do the work is identified, respected, and communicated
Work closely with Production team to gather estimates from subject matter experts
Recognize that different departments or efforts will need to accommodate different Production methodologies and tracking methods
Maintain documentation and instructions for scheduling documents
Requirements
5+ years relevant project management experience tracking multi-discipline, cross-functional teams
Proven experience with scheduling tools and managing a project budget
Expertise with a task management system such as JIRA
Demonstrated ability to create a long term planning solution and put it into practice; able to create a schedule for an entire content pipeline laying out capacity for all departments and clearly identifying and visualizing critical paths
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Expertise with Google Sheets and/or Excel
Preferences
Experience working with remote studios and contractors
PMP Certification or similar
Passion for games, especially cooperative FPS

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $115,000 - $175,000 USD
