Role Description

We're looking for a Head of Growth to join our team.

You’ll work closely with the Founder to shape growth strategy and execution end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

- Run smart experiments to drive signups, activation, and upgrades

- Find what channels to scale, and drop what doesn’t work

- Align product, dev, and marketing around growth goals

- Own and report on key metrics across the funnel

- Spot friction, fix it fast, and ship improvements

You are

- A growth-minded generalist with 4+ years in SaaS

- Comfortable with data, funnels, A/B tests, and user insights

- Fast-moving, collaborative, and hands-on

- Not afraid to test bold ideas and pivot when needed

Bonus Points

- Experience in early-stage startups

- Familiarity with tools like GA4, Clarity or Posthog

- Understanding of UX and PLG dynamics
