About the job

Visana is committed to addressing inequities inherent in women’s healthcare. The marketing team works closely with Visana’s clinical team to ensure marketing campaigns and content align with Visana’s value-based care model. The primary objective of Visana’s enrollment marketing is to achieve set enrollment goals in each individual patient population while being guided by the core tenet that women deserve better health care through all phases of their lives and are entitled to empathetic and clinically accurate information.

You will have the opportunity to help drive brand positioning through research and analysis of healthcare trends and patient engagement. In collaboration with the marketing and clinical operations team you’ll work to address issues like equitable care and marketing standards for trans, non-binary, and gender diverse patients in need of gynecological care, engagement and enrollment strategies for underinsured populations, and how to improve health literacy.

What you will do

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This includes managing email campaigns, social media execution, reporting, webinar coordination, and more across our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with marketing tools and a passion for women’s health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize email sequences to drive engagement and conversions; Execute marketing strategies and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

  • Social Media Execution: Extend our reach by uploading and scheduling content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), while ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.

  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using data and key performance indicators (KPIs); Update tracking grids and provide the first draft of reports for review.

  • Webinar and Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate webinars, including content creation and speaker management; create and manage Zoom events, ensuring smooth execution before and during the event.

  • Conduct Market Research: Schedule and coordinator interviews with potential patients; conduct secondary research on social platforms to supplement primary research for team analysis.  

    This is a fully remote position. Occasional in-state or out-of-state travel is required (up to 1-2x a year).

Qualifications

â—Ź      2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, healthcare, public health

â—Ź      Experience with ActiveCampaign or other email marketing/CRM platforms

â—Ź      Experience with webinar platforms, particularly Zoom

â—Ź      Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking marketing metrics and reporting

â—Ź      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

â—Ź      Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

â—Ź      Passion for women’s health and well-being

Nice to have:

â—Ź      Familiarity with Intercom or other customer communication platforms

â—Ź      Experience in content creation (writing, Figma, etc.)
