The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our company and communicate our value proposition to real estate investors nationwide. From creating compelling marketing materials to designing polished presentations, your work will directly influence how we engage with our clients and partners.

You will contribute to the Marketing team by:

• Designing and developing creative assets for digital and print platforms, including brochures, email campaigns, infographics, social media content, and website visuals

• Creating professional and visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborating with the marketing and business development teams to produce designs that effectively communicate our lending products and brand message

• Working on branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all visual elements, from client touchpoints to internal communications

• Conceptualizing and designing marketing campaigns targeting real estate investors, including lead generation and customer retention efforts

• Staying informed on industry trends and competitor marketing to create unique and impactful designs

• Supporting website and landing page design efforts, ensuring an optimal user experience

• Managing multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs

• Available Remote Locations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WI

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST

• Salary Range: $56,000-$68,000/annually (Exempt level position)

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who has 3+ years of graphic design experience

• Someone who is proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma 

• Someone who is a strong conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into visual masterpieces, while maintaining consistency across all platforms

• Someone with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums

• Someone with a solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design

• Someone who has excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills 

• Someone with strong communication skills with the ability to take constructive feedback and translate it into polished designs

• Someone who is proficiency in computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics

• Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed in order to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer

What We Prefer to Find:

• Someone with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Someone who has 5+ years of graphic design experience

• Someone who has experience with video editing or motion graphics

• Someone who has experience in creating marketing materials for B2B or financial services
