About the role:
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be leading the 7 current Sales Development Representatives and 2 Inside Sales Representatives. You will have the opportunity to scale and build out the team as well. You will be measured on top of funnel performance and on revenue closed won. This role reports to the Head of Revenue.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, metrics-driven coach and creative sequence architect to help push our team further and deliver more wins. Our team is full of motivated and authentic individuals across the world. We are remote but looking for this role to work CST or EST hours since most of our SDRs are based in Europe. This role will include travel to Europe on a quarterly basis as well. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You are comfortable with going outside your comfort zone, love challenges and enjoy attending conferences.
Lastly, we are looking for someone who walks the walk and doesn’t just talk the talk. It is expected that you try and book a meeting yourself once in a while. Every sales leader is never too senior to be an SDR.
Primary Duties
Coaching a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and 2 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) remotely
Hire and scale the Sales Development team
Develop and execute effective outbound and inbound campaigns
Travel to Europe each quarter to train the European SDR team in person
Travel to conferences and helping represent the Warmly leadership team
Review metrics and reports daily in HubSpot CRM and Alysio (KPI tracker)
Adopt an omnichannel approach and testing new channels to book demos through
Act as the construction manager of Outreach and all of our sequences. Diligently always breaking things and A/B testing messaging to make it better
Provide cold call trainings for the SDR and ISR team
Train the team on new video approaches via SendSpark
Manage LinkedIn messaging in our sequence and A/B testing.
Craft new sales strategies and best practices
Stay current on enablement and help manage Spekit enablement with the RevOps department
Coach the team on how to use Warmly everyday and becoming a product expert
Manage our outbound email domains and create new domains as needed
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Sales Development or full-cycle management experience in SaaS
A high level of Outreach experience is required
Knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and prospecting skills
Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and Outreach (or similar platforms)

Compensation:
This role will be paid at $140,000 - $150,000 per year. The Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 with the annual commission being $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
