Operations Coordinator
Join Wedgetail as our Operations Coordinator
Wedgetail aims to fundamentally change the systems through which we value nature, by backing the people and ideas bold enough to reimagine how nature, economies and communities thrive together.
We deploy philanthropic and investment capital into projects that regenerate biodiversity, strengthen communities and reshape financial systems. From rainforest corridors to regenerative farms, our work demonstrates what’s possible when finance works for nature and people.
Our team blends experience from science, technology, finance and storytelling. We move fast, stay curious and reimagine the systems and stories that help regeneration scale.
About the role
The Operations Coordinator helps keep that ambition moving. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to our growing portfolio of loans, grants, investments and properties — keeping details sharp, systems humming and supporting our team to keep projects on track.
This is a hands-on support role where details matter. You’ll be deep in the day-to-day — staying across the many small tasks that keep big goals moving and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You will thrive in this role if you love checklists, take pride in being organised and enjoy connecting the dots. You’ll be supporting big ideas with sharp execution — the critical work that makes everything else possible.
