
General Manager
Purpose:
The General Manager, Wondr Advanced is the executive owner of Wondr’s metabolic and medication‑supported care line. This leader is responsible for strategic direction, cross‑functional execution, commercial performance, and operational excellence of Wondr Advanced.
This role was created to accelerate Wondr Advanced performance and is explicitly accountable for program strategy, product offering, product positioning, solution design, client satisfaction, outcomes and Wondr Advanced revenue. The GM oversees all aspects of Wondr Advanced, including operations, clinical alignment, partner performance, rollout stability, market readiness, and customer experience, and ensures that Wondr Advanced functions as an integrated, high‑growth business line.
Essential Functions:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Ownership
Own the end‑to‑end business performance of Wondr Advanced: revenue, margin, adoption, engagement, clinical efficacy and outcomes.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap to scale Wondr Advanced across employers, health plans, and channel partners.
Build and manage the Wondr Advanced forecasts and performance dashboards.
Partner with CXO, CEO, Product, Clinical, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to drive alignment and execution.
2. Cross‑Functional Product & Operations Leadership
Lead the Wondr Advanced delivery model, ensuring program stability, quality, and scalability,
Direct and mentor the Product Director for Wondr Advanced and ensure tight alignment with Product Development
Oversee integration with clinical partners
3. Clinical & Partner Integration
Strengthen operational alignment with clinical partners to ensure high quality program delivery and outcomes
Collaborate closely with coaching, nutrition, and clinical leadership to maintain program integrity and member experience.
4. Go‑to‑Market & Client Impact
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Adoption teams to accelerate WA enrollment and engagement
Support enterprise sales cycles and executive‑level client conversations; serve as the external face of Wondr Advanced.
Translate customer feedback and business needs into product and operational improvements.
5. Operational Excellence & Scaling
Build and refine processes, workflows, and operating mechanisms to drive predictability and repeatability.
Identify risks proactively and establish mitigation plans across regulatory, clinical, operational, and experience areas.
Ensure cross‑department collaboration, communication, and accountability in execution.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, care delivery, product leadership, or operational leadership.
Proven success leading a high‑growth business line or operational function with P&L responsibility.
Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, Client Success, Clinical Operations, and Engineering teams.
Expertise in scaling models with clinical, regulatory, or payer complexity.
Strong executive presence; capable of influencing across C‑suite and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes in revenue, adoption, retention, and operational performance.
General Working Conditions:
General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned an office.
