About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Content Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Growth Ops team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. The team is shilling two of the hottest (yet trustworthy) crypto platforms around - WOO X, our centralized exchange, and WOOFi, our decentralized exchange. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals, ensuring consistency and relevance across all communication channels.

• Producing high-quality, informative, and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and video content, covering topics related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, market trends, and trading strategies.

• Creating educational content to help users understand the features of our platform, cryptocurrency trading, and best practices for security. Developing guides, tutorials, and FAQs to facilitate a positive user experience.

• Fostering a sense of community among our users through interactive and informative content. Monitoring and engaging with community feedback, comments, and discussions on various platforms.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

• Tracking and analysing the performance of content campaigns using relevant tools and metrics. Provide regular reports on content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaigns.

• In-depth understanding of trading, cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in the cryptocurrency space is a plus.
