Chief of Staff


As Chief of Staff, you will act as an extension of the CEO, critical in facilitating effective decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. This multifaceted position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to support the company’s strategic goals and maintain a strong organizational culture.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.


  • Serve as an advisor to the CEO, acting as an extension of their vision and decision-making process.

  • Facilitate effective internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization.

  • Lead and manage critical projects from conception to implementation, aligning with the company's strategic goals and maximizing operational efficiency.

  • Oversee all internal communication channels, including management letters, all-hands meetings, and leadership meetings, to maintain transparency and cohesion.

  • Manage communications with external stakeholders, including preparing for board meetings and representing the company at key events.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of various business aspects to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Spearhead strategic projects, ensuring they contribute to the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Assist in developing and refining the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment and accountability across departments.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

  • Work closely with P&C to support talent management and cultivate a culture that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.


  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business, economics, or a related field, reinforced by a strong track record of professional achievement

  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably in consulting, strategic planning, or business development in the relevant industry

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, adept at handling sensitive information with discretion and tact

  • Adaptable and agile, ready to navigate a dynamic organization's fast-paced and changing environment, and a visionary thinker who contributes to strategic direction and operational excellence

  • Collaborative leader who inspires, motivates, and rallies the team around shared goals and objectives, combined with a proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement

  • Committed to personal growth and development, embracing challenges and learning from feedback, with a keen eye for enhancing processes and outcomes
