Customer Success Manager

Zeely is a mobile app that helps small businesses promote their products and services using AI-generated creatives and online advertising. We’re partners of Google for Startups and Meta, featured in TechCrunch and Forbes. Most importantly — we have 100,000+ users in the U.S. and continue to grow rapidly.

We’re looking for a talented Customer Support Manager who will identify new opportunities with both existing and potential clients, building long-term, profitable relationships.

The main goal of this role is to increase the conversion of free users to paid subscribers.

What you’ll do:

  • Support incoming leads from advertising campaigns, guide them through the product, and convert interactions into successful deals

  • Analyze user needs and experiences, generate ideas for product improvement, and communicate them to the product team

  • Be a true product expert, always up to date with the latest features and updates

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversion and revenue targets

  • Monitor key sales metrics, report progress, and continuously optimize strategies and tactics based on performance

What you’ll need to join us:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role (Customer Support, Customer Success)

  • Experience in B2C sales — ideally in tech or SaaS industries

  • Understanding of digital advertising markets in English-speaking countries, especially the U.S.

  • Experience working with analytics and reporting

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and sales tools

  • Strong results orientation and a drive to meet/exceed KPIs

  • Solid knowledge of sales strategy and negotiation techniques

  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships

  • Fluent English — written and spoken — and excellent communication skills
