
Customer Success Manager
Zeely is a mobile app that helps small businesses promote their products and services using AI-generated creatives and online advertising. We’re looking for a talented Customer Support Manager who will identify new opportunities with both existing and potential clients, building long-term, profitable relationships.
The main goal of this role is to increase the conversion of free users to paid subscribers.
What you’ll do:
Support incoming leads from advertising campaigns, guide them through the product, and convert interactions into successful deals
Analyze user needs and experiences, generate ideas for product improvement, and communicate them to the product team
Be a true product expert, always up to date with the latest features and updates
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversion and revenue targets
Monitor key sales metrics, report progress, and continuously optimize strategies and tactics based on performance
What you’ll need to join us:
1+ year of experience in a similar role (Customer Support, Customer Success)
Experience in B2C sales — ideally in tech or SaaS industries
Understanding of digital advertising markets in English-speaking countries, especially the U.S.
Experience working with analytics and reporting
Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and sales tools
Strong results orientation and a drive to meet/exceed KPIs
Solid knowledge of sales strategy and negotiation techniques
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Fluent English — written and spoken — and excellent communication skills
