Product Growth Manager

We are looking for a driven, technical, and collaborative Product Growth Manager to lead our global user growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Zenlayer’s Turbo application. You will be working cross-functionally with our internal teams to ensure that product operations and performance are optimized based on behavioral data and trends across Turbo’s target and current user base. The Product Growth Manager will be instrumental in expanding Turbo’s channel and achieving its user growth goals.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global user growth strategy in alignment with our user growth objectives.  

  • Focus on improving user conversion rates in the acquisition, activation, and retention phases.  

  • Develop strategies to re-engage lost users and establish preventive measures against churn.  

  • Continuously identify and expand user acquisition channels while fostering strategic partnerships with key collaborators to increase the user base.  

  • Collect and analyze user behavior data to create refined operational strategies, utilizing data insights to inform decision-making and optimize user growth efforts.  

  • Implement fine-tuned operational strategies to enhance user activation and retention and refine onboarding processes and engagement strategies.  

  • Identify and address reasons for user churn and develop and execute reactivation strategies to win back lapsed users.  

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, business, and other teams to ensure user needs are balanced and to propose product optimization requirements that enhance the overall user experience.  

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or higher in a relevant field.  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in user growth-related roles.  

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in global market operations, particularly in Southeast Asian markets.  

  • Demonstrated experience with successful user growth initiatives, including a deep understanding of user acquisition channels.  

  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to use English as a working language. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.  

  • Strong drive, exceptional execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
