The Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with Sales experience to become a valuable member of our team!

About the Project

We’ve created a mobile platform that helps patients navigate treatments for life-changing, chronic diseases.

Our customers are pharmaceutical companies seeking to reduce patient drop-off from often cumbersome, expensive therapies. We help patients successfully onboard and stay adherent to therapies, making patients’ lives more accessible in the archaic, overly complex world of specialty medications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience in the IT Services sector

  • Demonstrated experience working with the USA market

  • Previous experience working with US-based companies or clients

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or pharma-related projects (strong advantage)

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at an Advanced level

  • Capability to effectively present data to key stakeholders

  • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up and develop key functions in marketing: Digital, Content, Communications

  • Create marketing plans including budget planning, execution management, and leads/revenue forecasting

  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) by creating engaging posts and fostering community engagement to enhance brand visibility and drive sales leads

  • Develop a blog on the company website, curating articles that address industry trends and showcase expertise

  • Create and manage a Clutch account to keep feedback flowing

  • Interact and engage with new customers

  • Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at attracting new clients

  • Focus on pre-sales initiatives such as lead generation, market research, and customer profiling to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth
