Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive at ADI, you’ll have the opportunity to set up and lead the sales process in multiple markets, starting with the Czech Republic. Your work will be pivotal in building and managing our sales structure, helping us expand regionally, and driving student enrollment. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, international team, and your strategic insights will directly influence the success of our expansion efforts.

This role isn’t just about hitting sales targets; it’s about building a scalable, effective sales pipeline that will be used across countries. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operational teams to ensure that ADI is positioned as the top choice for aspiring professionals in the digital industries. Your focus will initially be on the Czech market, with the potential for regional expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the sales process for the Czech Republic, with the potential for future regional expansion.

  • Design and manage a scalable sales structure that drives student enrollment across different markets.

  • Oversee the lead generation process in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales.

  • Conduct high-level consultations with potential students, guiding them towards courses that fit their career aspirations.

  • Lead and mentor junior sales teams in each market, starting with the Czech Republic and building towards a multi-country approach.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine and optimize the sales strategy.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on course offerings and market positioning.

  • Utilize CRMs and data-driven tools to improve pipeline management and sales efficiency.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally in educational services, e-learning, or digital industries.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus but not required.

  • A track record of success in setting up sales processes and pipelines.

  • International experience in the Czech market and possibly other neighboring countries, such as Poland.

  • Expertise in sales structure design and team management.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.

  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
