Revenue Operations Manager

Summary of the role: 

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, RevOps, you will be a key business partner to the go-to-market team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Operations. You will work cross-functionally with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, optimizing business efforts by helping to implement processes and tooling solutions, and ensuring required data is both available and accurate. Bringing your data driven, strategic and collaborative approach, your goal is to help ensure we can hit our sales targets as accurately & efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in optimizing Salesforce and other GTM systems to better serve the needs of the Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and Finance teams

  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives – design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues and implementation, and documentation

  • Support the GTM team with reporting and dashboarding needs

  • Provide deal support to the Sales Team as they work to generate quotes and close opportunities

  • Manage custom requests, capabilities questions; investigate issues and technical problems with internal tools and maintain data integrity across multiple GTM databases

  • Provide ad hoc support related to RevOps tooling and processes

  • Prioritize requests with consideration for both the immediate business needs and long term scalability

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop, optimize, and deliver change management for the GTM team on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience (admin certification preferred)

  • 4+ years of experience Previous experience in a Sales- or Revenue Operations role

  • Very strong knowledge of Excel and the import/export of data from software tools, like Salesforce

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Lean Data, Qualified, Gong, Sales Navigator (or similar)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

  • Well organized, self-driven individual who is committed to detail and excellence and has experience driving internal processes

  • The ability to synthesize data, summarize issues, and think creatively is essential

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in FinTech

  • Salesforce certification

  • Experience with Hubspot
