Global Marketing Account Manager, Enterprise

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As Global Marketing Account Manager, Enterprise you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to meet the needs of our enterprise-level clients. Collaborating closely with the US and EMEA Enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based campaigns, and your ability to establish strong relationships with the sales team will ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives. This position requires a proactive and experienced individual who can operate autonomously while remaining highly collaborative with sales counterparts.

 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR GLOBAL MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER, ENTERPRISE:

  • Work closely with the enterprise sales team to understand customer needs and gather insights for developing tailored marketing content

  • Utilize existing marketing materials to generate customized content for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with account-specific campaigns

  • Create content and presentation material tailored to the requirements of enterprise-level clients, effectively communicating value propositions and solutions


  • Collaborate with teams across different regions with focus on US and EMEA

  • Establish and implement marketing plans aligned with enterprise sales objectives, focusing on enhancing target account engagement and driving revenue growth


  • Provide sales enablement support by building effective slides and collateral to empower the sales team in client interactions

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to work closely with enterprise-level sales teams, understanding their objectives and aligning marketing strategies accordingly

  • Strong content creation skills, capable of tailoring existing marketing materials to suit the requirements of enterprise accounts

  • Experience in crafting presentations and slides specifically targeted towards enterprise clients, effectively communicating complex ideas and solutions

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level sales enablement, including the ability to build compelling slides and collateral to support sales efforts

  • Proven experience with Salesforce ranging from general navigation to building dashboards to track campaigns

  • Proficiency in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable marketing insights, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) principles, as well as experience using relevant ABM tools

  • Autonomy and initiative in executing marketing initiatives, coupled with the ability to operate within a collaborative team environment

  • Prior experience in enterprise-level sales and marketing roles, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of B2B marketing and sales operations.

The salary range for this role is 157,000.00 - $200,000.00. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
