Customer Support - Outbound (Remote, Graveyard)

Are seeking a skilled Outbound Caller Support Agent to proactively engage with customers, handling their needs, questions, and issues while ensuring accurate documentation in our database. Work Hours:

USA / Pacific Standard Time
Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT)

Requirements

  • Make a minimum of 75-100 outbound calls daily to customers who have signed up for our service.

  • Assist customers with their applications and answer all their questions.

  • Call customers for other assigned projects.

  • Accurately log all conversations in our internal database.

  • Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

  • Resolve any customer escalations in collaboration with the internal support team.

  • Help fill out survey questions from callers on master reports.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and creators.

  • Engage with customers in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling in either sales or support.

  • Possess a cheerful disposition and clear tone of voice.

  • Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and effectively use various computer applications.

  • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to independently provide solutions or workarounds to difficult technical problems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional proficiency in English language skills and typing speed.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to support multiple tabs and programs, including video.

  • Proactive approach to seeking out ways to improve our support systems and products, and the ability to champion ideas and drive implementation.

  • Demonstrated trustworthiness, integrity, and ethical standards in work.

  • Empathetic and patient demeanor in responding to customer requests and inquiries.

  • Resilient and adaptable in handling critical feedback and difficult customer situations with the ability to turn negative situations into positive ones.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal team members and external customers.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.

  • Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular weekday working hours.

  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from noise and distractions.

  • Must have a noise-canceling headset that provides good audio quality for clear communication.
