Personal / Executive Assistant

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to manage both personal and work-related tasks for our 2 executives. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere occasionally and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for technology and startup communities.

While you will be given the freedom to choose your own schedule, a 24/7 mentality is necessary given the dynamic nature of our business. The role may potentially expand to full-time employment in the future.

The assistant can work from their own home unless they are needed at the residence for maintenance or house management tasks. The ideal candidate will be family-friendly, intuitive, and proactive.

What You'll Do:

  • Diary management: Coordinating and managing schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized and seamlessly planned

  • Travel management: Organizing business travels for executives, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences

  • Business Administration

  • Personal Errands: Managing grocery shopping, dry cleaning and laundry, shopping, healthcare appointments, household management, and vehicle maintenance

  • Organizing vacations and event planning: Coordinating and planning personal vacations and events for executives

  • Ad-hoc tasks: Taking on various tasks as required by executives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Must Have:

  • Based in San Juan/Rio Grande/Farjado at least 3 days a week.

  • Proficiency in Google Workplace.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.

  • Passion for technology and entrepreneurial communities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

  • “Get things done” attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
