Digital Marketing Manager

Artera is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill the role of digital marketing manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our organization, by developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales conversion. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, and other departments to develop campaign assets, track lead conversion metrics, and ensure consistent messaging. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Campaigns:

  • Develop creative assets in accordance with established product/brand messaging pillars

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social, events), establishing performance metrics for each

  • Allocate resources and advertising budget across a portfolio of campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Ops to ensure coordinated follow up of prospective and current customers

  • Marketing Operations:

  • Support event logistics, including event registration, exhibit booths, and other social functions 

  • Manage marketing automation workflows, ensuring proper tagging and coding to track prospects throughout sales process

  • Audit, organize, and enrich contact databases to ensure data usability

  • Work closely with Commercial Operations to produce marketing reports, generate marketing insights, and optimize marketing campaigns

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing medtech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical products to health systems and healthcare providers, preferably in the urology or oncology space.

  • Experience building creative and impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and/or sales conversion. 

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrable ability to achieve results, hold vendors accountable, and manage shifting priorities.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and graphic design tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suites

$40 - $50 an hour

The hourly rate is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other factors to be discussed during the interview process. 

This is a contract role and requires an estimated commitment of approximately 10 hours per week.
