💡 About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to running product demos to closing deals. This role is about more than hitting numbers; it’s about helping contractors transform their business with our software. 📋 Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Identify and target decision-makers at restoration companies.
Run multichannel outreach (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Discovery & Demos
Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect needs.
Deliver tailored, engaging product demos that highlight business value.
Handle objections, build urgency, and move prospects to next steps.
Closing & Account Growth
Manage contracts, negotiations, and deal closing.
Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate data in HubSpot (or CRM) for pipeline management.
Track KPIs and report on activity, conversion rates, and closed deals.
🔥 Daily Goals & Metrics
Outbound: 50 cold calls/day + 20+ personalized emails/day.
Conversations: 20+ meaningful prospect conversations daily.
Demos: 3+ qualified demos booked and delivered per day.
Closings: Average 1+ new customer sign-up per day.
💰 Compensation & Commission
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure
👀 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
3+ years of high-volume outbound/cold calling experience.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in SMB/mid-market SaaS.
Strong executive presence, consultative selling style, and excellent presentation skills.
Familiarity with sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
Driven, coachable, and resilient in a high-activity sales environment.
🏆 Success Criteria
Mastery of our SaaS platform and ability to demo with authority.
Consistently hitting KPIs: calls, emails, demos, and signups.
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline month over month.
Achieving 30+ new paid sign-ups per month.
