Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Foster end-user adoption and retention at the checkout of our major enterprise merchants by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  •  Proactively seek new merchants within the gambling sector.

  • Take ownership and expand your portfolio of key merchants, achieving strategic and growth objectives in terms of checkout share and revenue through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

  • Cultivate and leverage relationships at all levels within client organizations, spanning from C-level executives to operational roles, aiming to boost revenue and drive the adoption of our product.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to convey vital insights for revenue and end-user usage growth, impact product roadmaps, and ensure our solutions align with the requirements of our Enterprise customers.

  • Utilize operational and project management excellence to facilitate the onboarding of large enterprise clients, fostering growth through client account planning, optimal rhythms, and action-oriented KPIs.

  • Demonstrate skills in leveraging business knowledge and analytical abilities to strategically assess and contribute to achieving AstroPay and client goals.

  • Thrive on prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects across different teams, motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results.

  • Bring previous experience in driving growth and adoption at the checkout with large clients in the payments or fintech space.
