Creative Project Coordinator

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a Creative Project Coordinator at BAD Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Ads Team and Content Team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient project execution, and the delivery of high-quality creative content aligned with client objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Ads Team to understand client creative needs

  • Translate client briefs into actionable projects for the Content Team.

  • Serve as the liaison between the Ads Team and Content Team, fostering open communication and collaboration.

  • Assign projects to the Content Team members based on their skillsets and workload.

  • Provide constructive and insightful creative feedback to the Content Team throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the Ads Team strategist to ensure creative alignment with client objectives.

  • Track project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of completed projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity and align with client expectations.

  • Facilitate the seamless transition of finished projects from the Content Team to the Ads Team for use in advertising campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within a creative or marketing environment.

  • Strong understanding of both creative and strategic aspects of marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
