We are looking for:

A creative, camera-ready Social Media Manager who is ready to take full ownership of building and scaling a global brand’s social media presence from scratch in a freshly established market.

• Proven track record of growing social media channels

• Strong content portfolio and on-camera presence

  • UGC / influencer experience - a big advantage

• Advanced knowledge of social media trends, formats, hooks, and community behavior

• Strong understanding of the sports world

• Hands-on creative capability and strong collaboration with creative teams

  • Intermediate skills with design and motion/editing tools

  • Ability to brief designers/editors

• Languages

  • Native Portuguese - must

  • Fluent or professional English - must

You will:

• Take full ownership of building a global brand’s social media presence from scratch

• Operate in one of the most exciting, fast-moving, yet regulated industries

• Bring ideas to life on and off camera, with real freedom to shape the content style

• Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
