Join us and help revolutionise the way students and educators access and interact with learning materials.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Go-to-Market associate to help accelerate BibliU’s growth in the US market. This is an incredible opportunity to start your career, joining a successful, fast-growing tech startup that is changing the way universities and colleges make academic content accessible to students.

Working from home with a diverse team dispersed across North America and Europe, you will identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with marketing and sales team members to market BibliU’s digital textbook platform to universities and colleges across the US. Your success will be measured in achieving weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets (meetings, qualified sales leads, new opportunities, etc).

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers in new markets, use your business acumen to identify how BibliU could help a business grow, and successfully position the BibliU value proposition

  • Present findings back to the senior team to scale up successful breakthroughs

  • Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies

  • Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for an account executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with BibliU

  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned

This role involves targeted outbound communication, including emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. We value a strategic and thoughtful approach over high-volume, untargeted outreach, while maintaining a proactive attitude toward phone communication. Our priority is to connect with individuals who will benefit most from our solutions, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

Must have

  • A strong desire to begin a sales career or learn the skills required to start a business through go-to-market

Good to have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Are naturally curious and passionate

  • A one-speed energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation

  • The ability to handle rejection with resilience, staying positive, and using each experience as an opportunity to improve and move forward.

Benefits

We cultivate a company culture where you can bring your whole, human self to work.

Here's what we offer:

  • 🌴 35 holiday per year - yep, that’s not a typo! (in addition to public holidays)

  • 🎂 Your birthday off

  • 🌱 12 scheduled company wellness Fridays off per year (in addition to your vacation entitlement)

  • ⏰ Flexible working hours - we’re a remote team spread across the US and the EU.

  • 💻 Work-from-home allowance to help you set up your dream WFH station

We strongly encourage candidates of all different backgrounds, experiences and identities to apply. Each new hire is an opportunity for us to bring in a different perspective and BibliU is committed to building an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone can do rewarding work.
