Campaign Manager

Blis is looking for an experienced and passionate Campaign Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for clients on the Blis DSP.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of RTB campaigns using the Blis DSP.

  • Set up campaigns on the Blis platform, ensuring accurate implementation of targeting, creative assets, and tracking parameters.

  • Ensure campaigns are set up and run as per relevant targeting laid out by the Sales person responsible.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand clients needs and how we can maximise each opportunity.

  • Monitoring campaign delivery and performance to ensure all targets are met.

  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

  • Provide Sales/Clients with optimisations and recommendations by analysing across key variables.

  • Proactively identify issues or challenges during campaign execution and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.

  • Carrying out campaign analysis to provide insights to share with Sales/Clients.

  • Troubleshoot issues; alongside the team, ensuring relevant personnel are involved when an issue occurs and implementing any solutions required

  • Implement optimization strategies, including adjusting targeting, creative elements, bidding strategies, and budget allocations

  • Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan

Skills and requirements 

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably with programmatic and/or mobile

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Works well both within a team and individually.

  • Organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Ability to problem solve and analyse multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Competent with Excel.

  • Interest in ad technology and digital media.
