
Finance & Operations Assistant
We are advertising on behalf of one of our partner agencies, more will be shared after successful screening.
This role is for a fast-growing iGaming lead generation agency delivering performance-driven marketing and customer acquisition for established iGaming brands. We operate as a lean, internationally distributed business and are building strong internal systems to support scale.
This role sits at the centre of the business and is critical to keeping our financial operations tight, our people processes organised, and our day-to-day administration running smoothly.
Role
This is a finance-led role, with additional responsibility across HR administration, recruitment support, and general business operations.
You will own the day-to-day financial operations of the business while supporting core HR and admin processes. The role reports into the CEO with support from a part time Head of Finance. You are expected to take ownership of the financial workload, allowing senior leadership to focus on growth and strategy.
Finance will account for approximately 60–70% of the role. You’ll be expected to work independently, take ownership, and maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and follow-through.
Requirements
Key accountabilities
Own day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and support month-end and year-end close
Prepare regular management reports covering revenue, costs, and performance
Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate billing and cost allocation
Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and financial partners
Support HR administration including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and holiday tracking
Assist with recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking
Maintain organised internal documentation across finance, HR, and operations
Support general business administration and ad-hoc operational tasks
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a finance, accounts, or finance assistant role.
Comfortable working with cryptocurrency tools and payments
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage businesses is a strong advantage.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Confident using accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Able to work independently and take responsibility for core financial processes.
Clear communicator, able to work closely with non-finance teams.

25,000- £30,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
