As an Outbound Sales Specialist in our sales team, your objective will be to develop a portfolio of B2B customers using the lead lists provided by the Director and also to proactively find new ways of prospecting for new customers via phone, email or social media to initiate contact with potential customers. Conduct engaging product presentations and DEMOS. Coordinate with onboarding and follow-up to ensure new customer activation.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Experience in phone sales, lead acquisition, or similar.

• You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and speaking skills.

• You are organised and responsible, which enables you to meet set targets.

• Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.

• Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.

• Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.

• At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
