Partner Alliances Specialist (Maternity Cover)

How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

Opportunities from our alliance partners vary, ranging from brief one-line quotes to intricate tenders. These engagements play a crucial role in enhancing our brand, revenue, and customer engagement. Our Partner Alliances team actively cultivates strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with resellers, MSPs, consultants, distributors, and independent software vendors, collaborating to drive additional revenue through joint sales efforts.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Support the joint annual business plans to drive growth and alliance profitability by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure delivery

  • Support the quarterly business reviews and help identify opportunities for growth

  • Understand the alliances goals and objectives under their partnership with boxxe. How they like boxxe to communicate with them and their customer

  • Respond to Tenders and requests on behalf of the Partner Alliances community

  • Ensure Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders and invoices are administered accurately

  • Keep track of and administer the pipeline of opportunities

  • Ensure all relevant documentation and contracts are in place for each successful transaction and we remain compliant with the framework terms and conditions.

What experience we think you’ll need 🚀

  • A strong administrative background in record keeping, data entry and reporting.

  • Articulate communicator both on the telephone and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a systemic, structured way and can manage own time effectively.

  • Be client and Partner focused

  • You are passionate about boxxe’s mission and purpose, demonstrating a clear alignment to our values
