Supply Chain Manager, Growth Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (REMOTE) US-BASED, LA PREFERRED:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain logistics at a rapidly growing CPG food company. They will work directly with suppliers, customers, 3PL partners, and internal team members to provide operational support for new and existing products across direct-to-consumer and retail sales channels. This individual will be passionate about forging excellent relationships to ensure mutual success and building a scalable supply chain to promote business growth. The Supply Chain Manager will tackle day-to-day tasks and participate in high-level reporting and strategy. A data-driven and a proactive problem-solver, the Supply Chain Manger will ensure targets are met in a fast-paced start-up environment. The Supply Chain Manager reports to the Director of Operations and must be based in the Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight; coordinate movements with forwarders with a meticulous level of detail.
Own outbound logistics for key retail accounts and distributors, communicating directly with customers and take ownership to ensure channel growth and retention while mitigating deductions and chargebacks.
Provide support to the sales team with various operational and inside sales tasks, including proactively communicating inventory availability, setting up new marketplaces, assisting with EDI and non-EDI order entry, reporting, and invoicing.
Assist with new customer, distributor, and marketplace onboarding, including setup paperwork and order integration.
Directly oversee replenishment of finished goods and packaging supplies based on forecasted needs.
Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure accuracy of inventory levels, understand lead times, and issue purchase orders.
Build supply chain partner and customer relationships through excellent communication.
Investigate delivery issues, inventory and product discrepancies to determine root cause and action items.
Maintain a deep understanding of retail and direct-to-consumer forecasts and sales to ensure expected inventory levels and labor are available to meet demand.
Forecast and issue work orders for 3PL to kit or transfer product.
Proactively communicate internally regarding potential supply chain issues, gaps, or risks that could impact business operations.
Constantly plan for what-if scenarios in the short and long term that could impact supply and planning.
Assist with new product development as needed by sourcing ingredients and packaging, vetting/onboarding new suppliers, and creating and maintaining product data and specifications.
Aid in the evaluation of new carriers, warehouses and other vendors in the supply chain
Assist Director of Operations with maintaining COGs and SOPs.
Monitor and report on operational KPIs. Utilize to contribute and act on ideas to drive cost reduction, efficiency, and product and customer experience improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years related supply chain experience which ideally include:
Experience managing external vendors such as suppliers and/or 3PL partners
Food CPG experience, including outbound logistics to grocery key accounts and major distributors (e.g. UNFI and/or KeHE)
Experience with with co-manufacturers, ingredient and/or packaging sourcing; experience with QA/QC and regulatory compliance a plus
Experience with Shopify and QBO; an understanding of ERP systems a plus

GROWTH MARKETING (REMOTE) US-BASED, LA PREFERRED:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
​​Develop and manage full-funnel digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across channels including, but not limited to, Meta and Google SEM
Manage budget allocation and media buying to optimize for CAC and LTV
Be able to create high-performing creative content for campaigns, as well as work with external partners to garner assets
Own testing process for paid media channels to continue scaling customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency
Own customer journey including working with internal and external development partners to develop site experiences (e.g. landing pages) that will improve acquisition efficiency and conversion
Develop and analyze all campaigns for reporting and ROI optimization objectives
Conduct customer and competitor research to inform basis for acquisition campaigns
Develop/maintain an attribution model to understand efficiency of our media spend across channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving results
A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Experience managing other performance marketing channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) beyond Meta / Google
Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools (e.g. HotJar, A/B testing platforms)
Experience managing digital campaigns to drive brick & mortar objectives in the CPG industry
Highly analytical and good knowledge of Analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, UTM tracking, GTM)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
Experience using design tools (such as Canva) and can develop creative, copy and messaging for paid campaigns
Excellent communication and project management skills
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy, in order to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement. They will create and publish content, engage with followers, and monitor and analyze social media metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the company's social media presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives
Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (e.g. IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Create and post engaging and relevant content across all social media channels
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to improve the effectiveness of the company's social media presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, growth and product, to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with overall business goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies and tactics as needed
Build strong relationships with influencers, tastemakers and like-minded brands to help create content opportunities
Work with the Marketing Manager to discover and gift key influencers and tastemakers each month
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in social media management, with a track record of driving engagement and increasing brand awareness
Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, and writing)
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward content creation and social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Later and Google Analytics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
