The Mission
We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The right candidate is someone who is motivated, positive, excited to learn about sales motions and working with Amazon Web Services. Your mission will be to initiate outbound campaigns and generate new business for our inside and field sales teams. You will have an opportunity to learn alongside a tenured Account Executive team to establish great foundational skills for a successful sales career.
Your Assignment
Identify and prospect new potential clients leveraging lists and campaigns
Run demand generation campaigns alongside the sales team
Initiate contact with prospects through email and LinkedIn
Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
Attend meetings you’ve scheduled with an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive and provide notes
Follow-up with potential customers who were interested in our services but did not buy
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree completed/in progress
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic and self-drive
Ability to think strategically and tactically
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly organized with good time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Great active-listening skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism
Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams
Patient and able to practice good phone etiquette
Strong computer literacy skills
