Demand Generation Manager
We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to join our digital marketing team. Since we are a small team, the role will offer variety - including PPC, funnel building, email automation, data analysis, and a seat at the table for overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and the owners of the business.

Our product helps health & wellness practitioners reduce paperwork, and stay organized, and ultimately we free up their time so they can spend more time with clients and less time managing administrative tasks.
We are bootstrapped, product-led, and profitable. Officially, we’re based in Toronto, but each of us works remotely (and always has).
What you’ll do
This role is weighted towards technical/analytical responsibilities, which include:
PPC
Create, execute, and manage paid customer acquisition across different search and social channels
Be hands-on daily, managing and fine-tuning campaigns, testing optimal bidding strategies, expanding and negating keywords, exploring growth opportunities, and optimizing performance to meet KPIs
Conduct A/B testing and identify best-performing content, creative, copy, and landing pages to maximize acquisition efforts
Lead Generation
Work with the marketing team to create and execute new lead generation strategies
Build out new inbound TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU funnels
Monitor and optimize the performance of lead generation strategies
Data Analysis
Pull, manipulate, and report on campaign and channel data to develop actionable insights for both paid and free channels
Utilize web analytics and attribution platforms to measure and lift performance
What you’ll need
The following experience is relevant to us:
4+ years of experience in a demand generation/marketing role
Experience working with a B2B SaaS company
A strategic mindset that allows you to take the numbers/results and come up with action items to move the needle forward little by little
Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude
Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage your own workload
