Marketing Manager, Family

What We're Looking For

We are hiring a full-stack Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our Family brand through content marketing, SEO, and clinic-facing initiatives. You'll join a high-growth, high-accountability team and play a pivotal role in elevating Cofertility’s presence through thoughtful storytelling, partnerships, and strategic events.

Responsibilities

You will report directly to our Head of Marketing as you:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog planning, development, management of writers, and multi-channel utilization

  • Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword mapping, content optimizations, and improvements to our website technical infrastructure

  • Own the Family brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms

  • Execute and report on brand marketing initiatives using our CMS platform, CRM platform, social media tools, and data analytics tools

  • Create and manage marketing assets for clinic partnerships, brand partnerships, PR opportunities, and email initiatives

  • Manage Family’s presence at events and conferences, including asset creation and on-site support

  • Assist with planning social media content for Family, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on collateral and marketing materials for intended parents

  • Ideate and execute creative concepts to grow and support the Family community

  • Collaborate with the Freeze Marketing Manager on brand- and program-agnostic Cofertility initiatives spanning email, social media, content, events, and more

Professional Characteristics

  • 5-7 years of experience in brand and content marketing, ideally in the fertility, healthcare, and/or wellness space

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and tone

  • Proficiency in SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization

  • Experience planning and executing social media strategies

  • Familiarity with CMS and website management platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress)

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Collaborative and cross-functional, with experience working closely with business and brand partners

  • Proficient in Google Suite, project management tools, and CRM platforms

  • Experience planning and executing events and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and on-site management
