Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs that elevate the brand

• Leverage data and user insights to continuously refine and improve our design solutions

• Lead the brainstorming process, guiding the team in crafting concepts and narratives that align with strategic goals

• Develop of 360-degree communications, analyse and aligning with GTM strategies 

• Research competitor ad strategies, customer’s visual language, design new hypotheses

• Collaborate with Brand and PR managers to ensure timelines and budgets 

• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on metrics

• Craft and evolve our visual brand identity, developing systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints 

• Lead and mentor the design team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Director, Brand Strategist, or in a similar strategic role within a creative agency or in-house team

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable creative strategies

• A portfolio demonstrating creative skills and successful projects, ad campaigns

• Experience in measuring and improving design performance

• Good understanding the Crypto or Payment Solutions industries
