Why you, why now?
Spain is a highly competitive market, with many players operating in the same space. To stand out, we need to strengthen our visibility, brand awareness, and credibility — ultimately positioning Coverflex as a trusted and reliable provider.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll help Coverflex expand into the Spanish market. You will streamline operations, enhance the efficiency of marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent execution of campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition and engagement in Spain.
About You
You have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation — ideally in a B2B or tech/SaaS environment.
You have a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: brand awareness, acquisition, conversion and nurturing.
You’re fluent in Spanish and you’re able to adapt tone and message across audiences. You’re also fluent in English (that’s the only language we use to communicate internally).
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
You have a hands-on attitude — you test, execute, and learn fast.
You have a good grasp of SEO fundamentals, from keyword research to content optimization.
You’re proactive, curious, and creative — someone who gets things done while continuously improving.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience localizing or creating content for B2B audiences.
Previous experience managing multiple marketing channels.
Knowledge of web analytics, conversion tracking, and SEO-driven lead generation.
Understanding of website UX and how technical SEO improvements affect visibility.
Public-facing skills and comfort representing the brand at events.

The Role
On a typical day, you will...
Support execution of the marketing strategy for Spain, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
Manage operational and administrative tasks to help the Marketing Manager focus on strategic priorities.
Coordinate different marketing channels as social media, content, events, PR, SEO activities and more.
Execute and monitor campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
Support the organization of events and webinars, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Sales, Success) to align messages and materials.
Help maintain and update localized website content.
Ensure marketing initiatives are documented, organized, and delivered on time.
Salary range
For this role we have a total gross package of 23.000€ to 30.000€ (plus other benefits you can check below).
