Sales Director

The Role: 

As the Sales Director for Creadits, you will be responsible for refining and maintaining the sales process, tools and team. Your primary focus will be the catalyst for new business in the Global Market. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of our creative solutions.

What you will do:

-Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of Creadits' performance marketing solutions.

-Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and strategic partners to optimize campaign performance and achieve profitability objectives.

-Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and business objectives.

-Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.

-Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

-Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

-Work closely with the service and operations team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

About You:

-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

-10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.

-Experience in the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on performance marketing preferred.

-Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.

-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
