The Role

Crownpeak is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager for the DACH region to join our organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with agencies, system integrators and other digital experience development companies, with the target to ensure a steady pipeline, as well as create new projects with partners to grow our business in the different markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding Crownpeak channel partnerships and executing the Crownpeak channel strategy in the DACH region

  • Execution of partner onboarding and enablement strategy at the field level across the DACH region

  • Directly manage partner relations with key Agencies, Systems Integrators, Consultancies and ISV partners

  • Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities

  • Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation in order to achieve bookings goals

  • Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs

  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities

 Who are you?

  • Strong experience in partner management across the DACH region

  • Strong knowledge of the DXP, CMS or Martech industries, including medium SI's and/or digital agencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • A native German speaker and fluent in English

It would also be a plus if you had:

  • Experience working directly at an agency is preferred
