
Head of Sales
We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead our 3d sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Operations
Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.
Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, follow-up monitoring.
Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring).
Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment.
Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development.
Performance & Forecasting
Define and track individual and team KPIs
Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership.
Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root cause analysis.
React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
7–10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position.
Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset).
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent);
Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance-driven culture.
Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency.
Required Skills
Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting.
Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Structured coaching and performance improvement processes (esp. for underperforming reps).
High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication skills.
