Head of Sales

We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead our 3d sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Operations

  • Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.

  • Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, follow-up monitoring.

  • Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring).

  • Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development.

Performance & Forecasting

  • Define and track individual and team KPIs

  • Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership.

  • Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root cause analysis.

  • React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 7–10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position.

  • Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset).

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent);

  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance-driven culture.

  • Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting.

  • Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).

  • Structured coaching and performance improvement processes (esp. for underperforming reps).

  • High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication skills.
