Digital Project Manager (Associate/Senior Associate)

DCG Communications (DCG) is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and talented Digital Project Manager (Associate/Senior Associate) to support our federal client. Location: 

At DCG, many of our team members including this role are remote. With over 100 employees based in 23 states (and counting!), DCG is committed to hiring talented employees across the United States. The selected candidate will work during DCG’s core Eastern Standard Time business hours. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Being the client’s go-to person on all web-related matters. 

  • Working with clients to gather and document project requirements. 

  • Evaluating requirements and translate research findings into strategic recommendations for clients. 

  • Guiding an interdisciplinary team (of designers, developers, and analysts) on agile and Scrum practices. 

  • Using SEO best practices and Google Analytics to prepare monthly metrics reports and insights. 

  • Helping create a product backlog and shape user stories. 

  • Working with the digital team to develop product road maps. 

  • Supporting client product owners in prioritizing the product backlog. 

  • Identifying and providing solutions to remove roadblocks internally and to the client. 

  • Ensuring quality across all phases of a project. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar. 

  • Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design. 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience. 

  • Practical experience with content management systems, incident management platforms, Google Analytics, and project management software. 

  • Sound understanding of SEO best practices. 

  • Experiences managing substantial budget. 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Proven to have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and drive outcome. 

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
