As an Event Manager, you’ll own Designity’s event marketing channel end to end by building the strategy for where our brand shows up, how it shows up, and what each event is designed to achieve. You’ll lead webinars, sponsorships, conferences, and Designity-hosted experiences that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified demand, capture leads, and support pipeline growth.

Your Role
Build and manage Designity’s annual event and monthly webinar roadmap, including goals, event mix, budget, and success metrics
Create and own Designity’s webinar program, including topics, speaker coordination, production, promotion, and post-event reporting
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact conferences, expos, and summits that align with Designity’s audience and growth goals in the U.S. market
Own sponsorship strategy end-to-end, including package selection, partner coordination, deliverables, and activation planning
Recommend how Designity should show up at major events such as HubSpot INBOUND, including sponsorship, booth, speaking, side event, or attendee strategy
Plan and execute Designity-hosted events, both in person and online, that build visibility, engagement, and brand credibility
Own event logistics and production, including vendors, venues, contracts, AV, timelines, run-of-show, and day-of execution
Partner with Marketing to drive promotion across email, paid, social, and partner channels to increase registrations and attendance
Build strong lead capture and event follow-up processes in partnership with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline generation
Use modern marketing and AI-assisted tools to improve planning, streamline workflows, and uncover insights that strengthen event performance
Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, leads, meetings, sponsorship value, and pipeline impact
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing
Proven success owning events end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and reporting
Strong experience managing conferences, sponsorships, and brand activations
Hands-on experience running webinars, including speaker coordination and live production
Ability to evaluate event opportunities based on audience fit, business goals, and expected impact
Strong project management across multiple timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders
Experience planning both virtual and in-person events with strong attention to detail
Comfort partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to support demand generation and pipeline goals
Familiarity with event and webinar platforms such as Zoom, Goldcast, or similar tools
Working knowledge of CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Comfort using modern marketing tools and AI-supported workflows to improve execution, reporting, and efficiency
