💡 About the Role

We're looking to hire an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our fully remote team. Someone who is interested in joining an early-stage startup as the first SDR will find this a great opportunity. You’ll ideally come from an SDR background where you’ve worked with technical or SaaS customers. 

🔥 Daily Goals & Key Performance Indicators

  • Making 50+ cold calls a day (minimum of 10 conversations per day)

  • Sending 50+ personalized emails a day

  • Booking 20 qualified meetings a month

  2. Incredible self-confidence (you have zero doubt you’ll hit quota)

  3. Impeccable time management (you can already see yourself doing more activities in a day)

👀 What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of cold calling and cold emailing experience

  • You must have prior B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Experience with sales CRM tools (currently using Close CRM)

  • Proven experience with sales prospecting tools

  • Cold calling and cold emailing experience

  • Excellent English communication skills
