
Assistant Manager - Marketing
About the role:
We’re seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, enjoy optimizing PPC campaigns, and have a knack for driving organic engagement, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience to take the lead on key marketing strategies and play an essential role in expanding our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads ensuring high ROI and performance.
LinkedIn Paid Campaigns: Develop and manage LinkedIn ad strategies, leveraging sponsored content, dynamic ads, and text ads to grow engagement and conversions.
Organic Social Media: Create and implement organic social calendar across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), aiming to grow the audience, improve engagement, and increase overall brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Clarity to track campaign performance and website behavior, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and brand messaging.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in PPC and organic social strategies, to ensure campaigns are innovative and impactful.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC, LinkedIn, and YouTube campaigns.
Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong understanding of organic social media strategies, content creation, and community management.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Clarity for tracking and optimization.
Solid experience with Semrush for SEM campaigns.
Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred but not required) for campaign management, lead management and reporting
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to execute tactical marketing initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Chatgpt, Perplexity etc)
