We are looking for a Marketing Software Project Manager with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and website migration projects. You’ll be leading the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects, working alongside developers, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks.
Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project on track.
Monitor sprint progress and report updates regularly to both internal teams and clients.
Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tickets, timelines, and team collaboration.
Support QA and deployment efforts, ensuring successful rollout and post-launch stability.

What You Bring

✅ 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with web or digital agency teams.
✅ Proven experience managing website migrations, including content strategy.
✅ Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
✅ Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations.
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
✅ Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing.
