We've grown fast. We're profitable. We've got the sales team ready to take the leads. And now we're building the next-level engine that helps us scale and double our ARR within 2 years, with MRR as our north star.
This is where you come in.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to take full ownership of client retention and team development, working directly with leadership to turn relationships into revenue. This is not a check-in-with-clients role. This is not a cushy gig. This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, build a high-performing AM team, and become an indispensable force behind our growth.
πΌ What Youβll Be Doing
Own the full client lifecycle β from onboarding through retention and expansion β ensuring every client feels valued, heard, and set up for long-term success
Nurture a portfolio of SEO clients, building deep relationships that drive measurable growth in MRR and reduce churn
Train, coach, and mentor junior Account Managers with a clear pathway to grow them into senior roles β creating a team that runs like a well-oiled machine
Serve as the strategic bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, translating client goals into actionable outcomes
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities naturally, through genuine relationship-building rather than hard selling
Track and report on client health metrics, satisfaction scores, and revenue impact β and use that data to continuously improve the experience
Build and refine training materials, SOPs, and playbooks that level up the entire AM team

You're not just a people person β you're a performance person. You care deeply about clients, but you also understand that great customer success is what moves the revenue needle. You've seen what happens when CS is done right, and you have the receipts to prove it.
You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you understand the SEO agency world, and you know how to bring structure, warmth, and accountability to a team at the same time. You lead with a customers-first philosophy β not because someone told you to, but because you genuinely believe it's the only way to build something that lasts.
β Requirements
Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role β ideally within a digital marketing or SEO agency
Demonstrated ability to train and develop junior team members into senior-level performers, with real examples you can speak to
A hard track record of client retention and revenue growth β we want specific numbers: MRR impact, churn rates reduced, accounts expanded
A working understanding of SEO fundamentals β you don't need to be technical, but you need to speak credibly with clients and internal teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first environment

Have worked specifically at an SEO, link building, or content agency
Can walk us through a client you saved from churning β and what you did differently
Have built or improved a CS or AM training program from scratch
Are comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or similar agency-stack tools
Have a genuine passion for helping people grow β whether that's your clients or your team
