The Role:
We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to help scale our CRM efforts.
This is a part-time, remote, 3–6 month contract role with the potential to extend based on business needs. This role will be focused on building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns in Braze (email, push, in-app). You’ll partner closely with our Growth and Product Marketing teams to bring experiments to life fast — and learn what drives results.
What you’ll do:
Build and QA lifecycle campaigns in Braze (email, push, IAM)
Set up triggers, segment audiences, and manage multivariate tests
Collaborate on creative and copy, but own execution and delivery
Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and propose optimizations
Help streamline and document CRM workflows to support faster, more scalable execution
Qualifications:
Has 2+ years of hands-on experience in Braze, building campaigns across email, push, in-app messages, and Canvases
Is comfortable troubleshooting edge cases and QA’ing thoroughly
Understand lifecycle marketing best practices and can implement efficient, scalable campaign processes
Can work 20–30 hours per week, starting ASAP
Brings a test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail
Bonus:
Braze Certification and experience with tools like Amplitude and Looker
