Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our marketing, alliances, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring high-performing sales account executives and building exceptional sales teams. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for marketing, alliances, and sales positions, with a focus on sales account executives.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment to continually refine
Requirements
Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, particularly high-performing sales account executives.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the roles that support them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
