Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing and managing revenue-related systems, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and optimize revenue-related systems, including Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales analytics platforms.

  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue-related initiatives and goals.

  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on revenue-related processes and systems.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and sales enablement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Minimum of three years of Salesforce administration experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role is open to anyone within the United States with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.

Salary Range: $85k - $115k base salary
