Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Fluz is aiming to disrupt the payment experience by making it more social. We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection of social media, payments and rewards. We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth. Over the past year our team has grown from 25 members to over 90 and our business is up 10X. We will sponsor H1B work Visas.

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in building and maintaining our user growth via affiliate partnerships. The candidate will begin by working with the current team of content creators and social marketers. If you have integrated marketing experience and are comfortable engaging and coordinating with media and content creators alike, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee the strategic vision for affiliate channel

• Recruit and activate new affiliate partners – publishers, partners, media, etc

• Manage and optimize existing affiliate partners and provide appropriate customer support

• Manage channel revenue and profitability

• Collect a database of affiliates and traffic-owners

• Analyze campaigns and development of strategies for promoting the program

• Strategize long-term affiliate growth opportunities

• Keep affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements and continually motivating affiliates to perform better

• Deliver affiliate marketing reports to the team

• Oversee budget planning

Technical Requirements

• Two (2) years affiliate marketing experience in B2C e-commerce

• Previous experience working at a startup preferred

• Experience in working with content publishers

• Ability to develop strong relationships from scratch and maintain current partnerships

• Experience in finding new sources of traffic

• Excellent business development skills

• Excellent logic and data analytics skills
