We are looking to hire a Manager, Sales Development to join our team at Fourth! This position will be responsible for hiring, developing, and training a team of early career professionals focused on top-of-funnel growth. The Sales Development team is often the first interaction with prospective Fourth customers and a key ingredient to the success and growth of Fourth.

The Role. . .

  • Own the strategy planning and execution for the Global SDR organization with manager and direct report responsibilities.

  • Own and exceed the First Time Presentation (FTP) and opportunity quota for the Global SDR organization on a monthly basis.

  • Motivate, coach, and inspire team members while helping them accelerate contributions on the job and grow their career.

  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, uncover, and qualify leads for the sales organization.

  • Track sales team metrics and regularly report on team/individual results to leadership.

  • Work across marketing, sales, and product to define outbound plays and all accompanying resources (cadences, target lists, messaging)

  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Be the liaison between SDR team and sales team to ensure goal alignment and help increase collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate. . .

  • 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in an SDR/BDR role at a SaaS company.

  • Experience managing a metrics-driven team preferred.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Driven, results-oriented, and loves working with others to solve problems.

  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and processes

  • Working experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong preferred.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
