General Assembly is seeking a dynamic SEO Manager and you will be someone who:
Develops strategic SEO plans and goals to support key marketing campaign initiatives.
Identifies custom SEO KPIs for campaigns
Analyzes, summarizes, and presents results to marketing teams and decision-makers.
Lead management of web enhancements requests, working closely with the Webex team and website authors
Communicates to appropriate SEO team members who will execute content, local messaging, and technical needs.
Oversees tactical execution of all SEO initiatives, and optimization of our path to conversion including keyword mapping, technical enhancements, metadata, schema markup, etc
Develops processes that establish and enhance standards.
Interprets highly complex results and analyzes trends.
Manage SEO agency and relationships with internal and external partners.
Acts as the subject matter expert for the Performance team.
Act as key stakeholder regarding A/B tests and CRO that can have a positive impact on the user experience
Develops business approaches and new or enhanced processes.
Guides and mentors a wide range of audiences.
At least 5 years of experience in SEO
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including vendors
Strong Digital Analytics and metric skills required
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience using and applying SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, and others
Experience with project management
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience in B2C and B2B SEO approach preferred
The anticipated annualized salary range for this position in the US market is $86,000 and $132,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. If hired as a regular full-time employee, this position will include a variable compensation plan which could be a bonus or a commission.
US benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans & reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
