Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Romania is a market we’re currently focusing on and actively developing — meaning you’ll be joining at a key stage of our expansion. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team and play a key part in growing our presence locally and winning new business.

It’s a chance to really make your mark — you’ll have the freedom to try new outbound ideas, experiment with different approaches, and shape how we build pipeline and connect with prospects.

You’ll be focused on your local market, while being part of a broader, international setup — giving you both ownership and the support to grow, learn, and see the impact of your work.

Main Tasks

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, and cold emailing

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executive

  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification (BANT mindset)

  • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy

  • Act as the first point of contact and represent GetResponse to prospects

You May Be a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales in the SaaS industry

  • Proven experience in high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

  • Experience in Romanian SMB / mid-market

  • Strong communication skills and resilience in outreach

  • Native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level

Salary Range

  • 72–81 EUR net/man-day on B2B contract
