Product Marketer

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketer to drive product adoption across our existing client base while supporting new business growth for our participatory SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer/government success, helping local governments excel in digital consultation and citizen engagement. You’ll own two critical areas of our business: (i) Product Adoption: Drive feature adoption, platform usage, and retention across 300+ city clients, (ii) Market Growth: Support new business through compelling positioning and sales enablement.

1. Product Adoption (50%)

  • Develop and execute onboarding programs and education strategies to boost feature adoption and platform retention across 300+ city clients.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to address adoption barriers, track usage metrics, and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Create success stories and resources to drive advocacy and enable upselling.

2. Product Launch & Communications (25%)

  • Lead feature launch lifecycles, including communications and quarterly product release marketing.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to define and execute feature pricing strategies.

3. Market Growth & Sales Enablement (25%)

  • Develop tailored positioning and messaging for public sector markets.

  • Create impactful sales briefs and enablement materials for government buyers.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Passion for public governance, citizen engagement, and 4+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS platforms.

  • Proven ability to design and execute data-driven adoption and upsell programs.

  • Skilled in analyzing product usage data and trends using tools like Mixpanel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat).

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as churn and MRR.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complex features into engaging narratives.

  • Proficiency in creating enablement content, playbooks, and training materials.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to align teams and drive results.

  • Based in the Central European time zone, with a self-driven and autonomous work style.
